L-3 Communications Corporation -- Moody's says that L-3 Communications' expected 10-Q delay is credit negative
New York, August 08, 2014 -- Moody's: L-3 Communications Corporation ("L-3") notified the SEC that it does not anticipate filing its 10-Q for the period ended June 27th, 2014 on time. The company additionally disclosed that a covenant waiver has been obtained under its revolving credit facility for the filing delay.
