New York, July 09, 2013 -- Due to an internal administrative error, Moody's inadvertently placed the rating of the Commonwealth of Kentucky's First Mortgage Revenue Bonds Series 2009 and 2010 on review with direction uncertain on June 26, 2013. The bonds are issued by the City of Newport but the Commonwealth of Kentucky is the obligor. The Aa3 rating on these obligations is not on review.
