Johannesburg, September 19, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today said that there is no immediate rating impact for Kagiso Tiso Holdings Proprietary Limited (KTH) given insufficient definitive information pertaining to the offer to Kagiso Media Limited (KM) shareholders to acquire the 48.9% stake in the company that it does not already own.
