London, 03 April 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today affirmed the Baa3 issuer ratings of four government-related issuers (GRIs) operating in the oil and gas sector of Kazakhstan: KazMunayGas NC JSC (KMG), and its direct and indirect subsidiaries JSC KazTransGas (KTG), Intergas Central Asia (ICA), and JSC KazTransOil (KTO). Concurrently, Moody's changed the outlook on the ratings to stable from positive.
