Jarden Corporation -- Moody's says Jarden's €300 million senior note offering is credit negative, but does not affect its Ba3 CFR or stable outlook
New York, July 03, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service said Jarden Corporation's ("Jarden" Ba3 stable) announcement this week that it launched a EUR300 million (around $410 million) senior note offering is credit negative as it increases leverage, but is consistent with our expectations and does not affect its Ba3 Corporate Family Rating or stable rating outlook. Jarden said that the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the funding for possible acquisitions.
