London, 28 April 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service today assigned a (P)B1 rating to Intralot S.A.'s proposed issuance of EUR 200 million senior unsecured notes due 2021 to be issued by the newly incorporated entity Intralot Capital Luxembourg SA. Moody's also affirmed Intralot's B1 corporate family (CFR) and B1-PD probability of default (PDR) ratings, as well as the B1 rating on the EUR 325 million senior unsecured notes due 2018 issued by Intralot Finance Luxembourg S.A. The ratings outlook has been changed to negative from stable.
