Innovia Group (Finance) plc -- Moody's assigns B2 CFR to Innovia; outlook stable
London, 11 February 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today assigned a first-time B2 corporate family rating (CFR) and B2-PD probability of default rating (PDR) to Innovia Group (Holding 3) Ltd (Innovia). Concurrently, Moody's has also assigned a (P)B2 to Innovia Group (Finance) plc's proposed EUR340 million senior secured floating rate notes (FRNs) due 2020. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
