IASIS Healthcare LLC -- Moody's places IASIS' B2 CFR under review for downgrade on restatement announcement

New York, April 15, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service placed the ratings of IASIS Healthcare LLC, including the company's B2 Corporate Family Rating and B2-PD Probability of Default Rating, under review for downgrade. The rating action follows the company's announcement that it will have to restate recently issued financial statements for an error that overstated revenue and EBITDA by about $48 million in the LTM period ended December 31, 2014. Moody's understand that the error related to the calculation of program settlements in one of Health Choice's Arizona Medicaid managed care programs. Health Choice is a subsidiary of IASIS that delivers healthcare services to members through multiple health plans, accountable care networks and managed care solutions. The company's SGL-2 Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating is affirmed.
