Harsco Corporation -- Moody's: Harsco's Infrastructure division sale into a JV with CD&R is credit positive

New York, September 16, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service said that Harsco Corporation's ("Harsco") ratings are unaffected by the company's announcement that it will sell its Infrastructure division. The announcement is credit positive because in the last couple of years the Infrastructure business has been a drag on the company's overall profitability.
