New York, May 17, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has changed today Grupo Posadas, S.A.B. de C.V. ("Posadas")'s rating outlook to positive from stable. At the same time, Moody's affirmed the B2 corporate family rating of Posadas and the B2 senior unsecured rating on its 2017 and 2022 notes. The action follows Posadas announcement that it has been able to close a USD 50 million add on to its global notes due in 2022 for a total amount of USD 400 million. The placement of the notes is in line with the company's liability management plan.
