Gol Finance -- Moody's comments on the result of Gol's exchange offer
New York, July 05, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service comments that the result of Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A.'s exchange offer intended to replace the outstanding balance of senior unsecured notes was insufficient to promote a material change in its capital structure. On the other hand, the recent strengthening of local currency provides a more appealing relief to its liquidity and capital structure.
