Global Partners LP -- Moody's assigns B2 rating to Global Partners' new notes
New York, June 01, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service assigned a B2 rating to Global Partners LP's (Global) proposed $300 million senior unsecured notes due 2023. The net proceeds from the offering of approximately $294 million will be used to reduce the borrowings under Global's $775 million senior secured revolving credit facility (to $224 million, leaving unused borrowing availability under the revolver at approximately $500 million as of March 31, 2015 on a pro forma basis).
