London, 10 July 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has withdrawn the ratings on Yioula Glassworks S.A., following the successful refinancing of the senior secured notes. Ratings withdrawn include the Caa3 corporate family rating (CFR) and Ca-PD probability of default rating (PDR). Concurrently, Moody's has assigned a definitive (from provisional) Caa1 rating to the EUR185 million Senior Secured Notes due 2019 issued by Glasstank B.V.
