Gas Natural SDG, S.A. -- Moody's assigns provisional (P)Ba1 rating to proposed hybrid of Gas Natural Fenosa Finance B.V.; outlook stable
London, 21 April 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has today assigned a provisional (P)Ba1 long-term rating to the proposed issuance of nine-year Non-Call Securities (the "hybrid") by Gas Natural Fenosa Finance B.V. (Gas Natural Fenosa Finance). The notes will be guaranteed on a subordinated basis by Gas Natural SDG, S.A. (Gas Natural Fenosa, "the group"). The outlook on the rating is stable. The size and completion of the hybrid issuance remain subject to market conditions.
