London, 30 April 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today changed to positive from stable the outlook on the Baa1 senior debt rating of FIL Limited (FIL). Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed the rating. FIL's Baa1 senior debt rating with a positive outlook reflects the firm's solid market position in the asset management industry in key countries in Europe and Asia.
