Export Credit Bank of Turkey A.S. -- Moody's affirms Turk Exims's Baa3 issuer ratings; outlook changed to negative
London, 14 April 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed Export Credit Bank of Turkey A.S. (Turk Exim)'s Baa3 foreign currency issuer, long-term senior unsecured ratings, and baseline credit assessment (BCA) of baa3, and changed the outlook on the ratings to negative from stable.
