ER-Telecom Holding, CJSC -- Moody's changes outlook on ER-Telecom's B3 rating to positive; affirms rating

London, 02 December 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed to positive from stable the outlook on the B3 corporate family rating (CFR) and the B3-PD probability of default rating (PDR) of ER-Telecom Holding CJSC (ER-Telecom). Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed these ratings.
