New York, June 23, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has upgraded to Aa1 from Aa2 the long-term joint support letter of credit-backed rating of the El Dorado Irrigation District, CA, Adjustable Rate Refunding Revenue Certificates of Participation 2008A (the Certificates). The short-term VMIG 1 rating assigned to the Certificates remains unchanged.
