Dutch NewCo -- Moody's withdraws Stahl's ratings

London, 03 December 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has today withdrawn the B2 Corporate Family Rating (CFR) and the B2-PD Probability of Default Rating (PDR) of Stahl Group SA ('Stahl' or the 'Company'). Concurrently, Moody's has withdrawn the provisional (P)B2 ratings of the proposed EUR 540 million-equivalent senior secured Term Loan B facility denominated in USD and of the EUR 45 million-equivalent multi-currency senior secured revolving credit facility assigned at Dutch NewCo, a subsidiary of Stahl. The outlook on all ratings has also been withdrawn.
