Dufry AG -- Moody's affirms Dufry's Ba3 CFR following Nuance acquisition announcement
London, 05 June 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed Ba3 corporate family rating (CFR), Ba3-PD probability of default rating (PDR) of Dufry AG (Dufry) and the Ba3 senior unsecured notes of Dufry Finance S.C.A. following the announcement that the company has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of 100% of The Nuance Group AG (Nuance, B2 Rating Under Review). The outlook on the ratings is stable.
