Dometic Group AB -- Moody's upgrades Dometic's CFR to B1 from B3 after IPO; outlook positive
London, 15 December 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today upgraded the corporate family rating (CFR) of Dometic Group AB (Dometic) to B1 from B3 after Dometic successfully completed an initial public offering (IPO) on Nasdaq Stockholm. Concurrently, Moody's has withdrawn the B3-PD probability of default rating. The rating outlook is positive.
