Development Bank of Southern Africa -- Moody's Affirms Baa2 Issuer Ratings of IDC and DBSA; Changes IDC's Outlook to Negative and Maintains DBSA's Negative Outlook
Limassol, December 17, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today affirmed the Baa2 foreign-currency long-term senior unsecured issuer rating for the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa ("IDC") and changed the corresponding rating outlook to negative from stable. At the same time, Moody's affirmed the Development Bank of Southern Africa's ("DBSA") Baa2 foreign-currency long-term senior unsecured issuer rating and has maintained its negative rating outlook.
