Correction to Text, March 7, 2014 Release: Moody's places CommonWealth's ratings on review for downgrade
New York, March 10, 2014 -- Added the following sentence above the Regulatory Disclosures heading: "The following ratings were placed on review for possible downgrade: senior unsecured rating at Baa3; preferred stock rating at Ba1; senior unsecured shelf at (P)Baa3; preferred stock shelf at (P)Ba1."
