Concessionaria Rod.Oeste SP Viaoeste S.A. -- Moody's assigns Baa2 / Aaa.br ratings to ViaOeste's BRL440 million senior unsecured debentures; outlook is stable

Sao Paulo, August 29, 2014 -- Moody's América Latina (Moody's) has assigned a Baa2 rating on the global scale (domestic currency), and an Aaa.br National Scale Rating (NSR) to Concessionaria Rodovia do Oeste de Sao Paulo - ViaOeste's BRL440 million senior, unsecured, non-convertible debentures. At the same time, Moody's affirmed the Baa2 and Aaa.br issuer and senior unsecured ratings on the global and NSR scales, respectively, and also affirmed the Baa3 and Aa1.br ratings on the global and NSR scales, respectively, of ViaOeste's subordinated debentures. The outlook is stable for all ratings.
