Sao Paulo, November 09, 2016 -- Moody's America Latina Ltda. (Moody's) has assigned a Ba2 global scale and a Aa1.br Brazilian national scale rating (NSR) to the 7th senior unsecured (backed) debenture of up to BRL100 million to be issued by Concessão Metroviária do Rio de Janeiro S/A ("METRORIO" or the "Company"), due in May 2018. METRORIO's issuer rating of Ba2 global scale and Aa1.br NSR were affirmed. The outlook for the ratings is negative.
