New York, February 05, 2013 -- Moody's stated today, that the departure of Impregilo from Ecorodovias Infraestrutura's current investments does not, in and of itself, alter the Issuer Ratings of Ba2 on the global scale and Aa3.br on the Brazilian national scale to Ecopistas, and the Ba1 rating on the global scale and Aa2.br rating on the Brazilian National scale of the outstanding senior secured debentures issued by Ecopistas and guaranteed by Ecorodovias Concessões e Serviços S.A.
