Mexico, April 01, 2016 -- Moody's de México, ("Moody's") affirmed Comision Federal de Electicidad's (CFE) ratings of Baa1 (Global Scale, local currency) and Aaa.mx (Mexico National Scale) and changed the outlook to negative from stable.
