Colombia -- Moody's upgrades Colombia's rating to Baa2 from Baa3; outlook stable
New York, July 28, 2014 -- Moody's Investor s Service has upgraded Colombia's government bond rating to Baa2 from Baa3 and changed the outlook to stable from positive. As part of this rating action, Moody's also assigned a short-term issuer rating of P-2.
