Codere S.A. -- Moody's affirms Codere's ratings following distressed exchange; outlook stable
Madrid, September 26, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed Codere S.A.'s Caa3 corporate family rating (CFR), the Ca-PD/LD probability of default rating (PDR) as well as the Ca ratings on Codere Finance (Luxembourg) S.A.'sEUR760 million worth of 8.25% senior notes due 2015 and $300 million worth of 9.25% senior notes due 2019. Concurrently, Moody's has changed the outlook on the ratings to stable from negative.
