Cirsa Funding Luxembourg S.A. -- Moody's changes the outlook on Cirsa's B2 CFR to positive from stable
London, 17 June 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) today affirmed Cirsa Gaming Corporation S.A.'s B2 corporate family rating (CFR), B2-PD probability of default rating, the (P)B3 rating on the EUR500 million senior unsecured notes issued by Cirsa Funding Luxembourg S.A., as well as the B3 rating on the senior unsecured notes due 2018 also issued by Cirsa Funding Luxembourg S.A., post partial prepayment. The outlook has changed to positive from stable.
