CDP RETI S.p.A. -- Moody's assigns Baa3 rating to senior unsecured notes issued by CDP RETI S.p.A; stable outlook
London, 22 May 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has today assigned a definitive Baa3 rating to the EUR750 million senior unsecured notes issued by CDP RETI S.p.A. (CDP RETI), the holding company owning 29% and 30% stakes in the two main Italian gas and electricity transmission system operators, SNAM S.p.A. and Terna S.p.A., respectively. The outlook on the rating is stable, in line with that of CDP RETI's issuer rating.
