Cardinal Health, Inc. -- Moody's: Cardinal Health's generic drug purchasing JV with CVS/Caremark helps level the playing field
New York, December 10, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service said that Cardinal Health, Inc.'s (Baa2 negative) announcement that it has entered into a 10-year joint venture agreement with CVS/Caremark Corp. (Baa1 stable) to purchase generic drugs is credit positive, but does not affect Cardinal Health's ratings at this time.
