California (State of) -- Moody's corrects the letter of credit backed rating history of California's GO CP Notes Ser. 2011B-4
New York, October 01, 2013 -- The short-term of the State of California General Obligation Commercial Paper Notes, Series 2011B-4 (the Notes) has been corrected to P-2 from P-1. Due to an internal administrative error, this debt was associated with the wrong letter of credit provider in Moody's database. The P-2 rating reflects credit and liquidity support in the form of a letter of credit provided on December 21, 2011 by Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. (the Bank).
