New York, April 20, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") affirmed Cactus Wellhead LLC's ("Cactus") B3 Corporate Family Rating and B3-PD Probability of Default Rating and revised the outlook to negative from stable. Moody's lowered the Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating to SGL-3 from SGL-2. The B3 ratings on the senior secured credit facility were affirmed.
