BW Group Ltd -- Moody's: Postponement of BW Pacific IPO has no impact on BW Group's Ba1 CFR
Singapore, November 17, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service says that BW Pacific Limited's (unrated) announcement on 13 November that it will not proceed with its planned IPO and listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange has no impact on the rating of its majority shareholder, BW Group Ltd (BW Group, Ba1 stable).
