New York, May 13, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Baa3 issuer rating to Brixmor Operating Partnership, L.P. (Brixmor OP), the operating partnership to the Brixmor Property Group REIT (Brixmor). Brixmor OP controls the entities that own all the REIT's assets. The rating outlook is stable. This is the first rating assigned to Brixmor OP by the rating agency.
