New York, February 20, 2015 -- Moody's Investor's Service has upgraded Bristol Virginia Combined Utility Authority's (VA) issuer rating to A1 from A2. This action concludes a review for possible upgrade that Moody's initiated on December 15, 2014 in conjunction with our updated municipal utility methodology.
