Sao Paulo, September 30, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a first-time Ba3 corporate family rating to Biosev S.A. At the same time Moody's assigned a B1 rating to the proposed USD 500 million senior unsecured notes to be issued by Biosev Finance International B.V. (Netherlands) with an unconditional guarantee from Biosev S.A. and Biosev Bioenergia S.A. The proceeds of the proposed notes will be used to repay existing debt. The outlook for the ratings is stable.
