BBVA Colombia S.A. -- Moody's affirms BBVA Colombia's Baa2 deposit ratings with a stable outlook

Mexico, February 13, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service affirmed the D+ standalone bank financial strength rating (BFSR) for Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Colombia S.A. (BBVA Colombia), and raised to baa3, from ba1, the standalone baseline credit assessment. Moody's also affirmed BBVA Colombia's Baa2/Prime-3, long- and short-term local currency deposit ratings, and the Baa3/Prime-3 long- and short-term foreign currency deposit ratings. The outlook on the local currency deposit rating of Baa2 was changed to stable, from negative. The outlook on all other ratings remains stable.
