Bally Technologies, Inc. -- Moody's places Bally Technologies, Inc.'s ratings on review for downgrade

New York, August 01, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service today placed Bally Technologies, Inc.'s Ba3 Corporate Family Rating, Ba3-PD Probability of Default Rating, and Ba3 bank loan rating on review for downgrade following the company's announcement that Scientific Games Corporation (B1 on review for downgrade) has agreed to acquire all of the outstanding Bally common stock in a transaction valued at approximately $5.1 billion, including the refinancing of Bally's outstanding debt.
