Avincis Mission Critical Services Group, SAU -- Moody's withdraws ratings on Avincis Mission Critical Services Group S.A.U., following completion of sale and debt repayment.
London, 15 August 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today withdrawn the B2 corporate family rating and B2-PD probability of default rating of Avincis Mission Critical Services Group S.A.U. Concurrently, Moody's has withdrawn the Ba3 rating on the EUR145 revolving credit facility.
