Astaldi S.p.A. -- Moody's assigns B1 ratings to Astaldi; outlook stable

Frankfurt am Main, November 22, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a B1 corporate family rating and a probability of default rating (PDR) of B1-PD to Astaldi S.p.A. (Astaldi). Concurrently, Moody's assigned a provisional (P)B1 (LGD4, 56%) rating to the proposed EUR400 million senior unsecured notes. The outlook on the ratings is stable. This is the first time that Moody's has rated Astaldi.
