APT Pipelines Limited -- Moody's: Acquisition of Diamantina Power Station is credit negative for APA, ratings unaffected
Sydney, March 29, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service says that APA Group's proposed acquisition of the remaining 50% equity interest in DPS Power (DPS, unrated) is credit negative, but will not immediately affect APT Pipelines Limited's Baa2 issuer rating or stable outlook.
