AO RAIFFEISENBANK -- Moody's changes outlook to stable from negative on the long-term debt and deposit ratings of two Russian banks; ratings affirmed
London, 21 December 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed the outlook to stable from negative on the long-term debt and deposit ratings of AO Raiffeisenbank and Bank Saint-Petersburg PJSC. At the same time, the long-term and short-term debt and deposit ratings have been affirmed. The rating action reflects Moody's view that these two banks are relatively resilient to current pressures stemming from the challenging operating environment in Russia.
