Alfred Fueling Systems Inc. -- Moody's places Alfred Fueling Systems Inc's ratings under review for upgrade

New York, June 14, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") placed the B2 Corporate Family Rating (CFR), B2-PD Probability of Default Rating (PDR), B1 first lien credit facility rating and Caa1 second lien term loan rating of Alfred Fueling Systems Inc., (dba Wayne Fueling Systems LLC ("Wayne")), under review for upgrade. The review follows Wayne's announcement that it has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Dover Corporation (A2, stable). Dover Corporation is a global manufacturer who delivers equipment and components, specialty systems and support services through four major operating segments: Energy, Engineered Systems, Fluids, and Refrigeration & Food Equipment.
