Sydney, July 01, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service comments that Alcoa of Australia Limited's (AoA Baa2 negative) outlook remains negative following the Form 10 filing by its majority shareholder Alcoa Inc. (Ba1 CFR negative) on the new upstream company Alcoa Corporation (not rated).
