Alcoa Inc. -- Moody's changes Alcoa's outlook to positive; affirms all ratings
New York, April 30, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service changed Alcoa Inc.'s outlook to positive from stable. At the same time, Moody's affirmed all ratings including the Ba1 corporate family rating (CFR), Ba1-PD probability of default rating, Ba1 senior unsecured notes ratings, (P)Ba1 senior unsecured shelf rating, (P)Ba1 medium term note program rating and Ba2 preferred stock rating. The SGL-1 speculative grade liquidity rating was also affirmed.
