99 Cents Only Stores -- Moody's comments on 99¢ Only's potential inventory overstatement and late filing notice
New York, July 01, 2013 -- Moody's Investor's Service today stated that 99¢ Only Stores' recent announcement that it has identified potential accumulated overstatements in inventory and was unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K on or before its due date has no impact on the company's B2 Corporate Family Rating or stable ratings outlook.
