888 Holdings plc -- Moody's assigns (P)Ba3 rating to 888; stable outlook

London, 23 July 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a provisional (P)Ba3 corporate family rating (CFR) to 888 Holdings plc (888). Concurrently, Moody's has also assigned a (P)Ba3 rating to the USD600 million six-year senior secured term loan and a (P)Ba3 rating to the USD50 million five-year revolving credit facility (RCF) to be issued by 888 and 888 Financing LLC as co-borrower. The outlook on the ratings is stable.
