New York, June 17, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service said that Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc.'s ("FOX") announced management changes are unlikely to impact its subsidiary 21st Century Fox America, Inc's Baa1 senior unsecured long term debt rating or the stable outlook over the near-term. On June 16, 2015, FOX announced that Mr. Rupert Murdoch, founder, Chairman and CEO of FOX, will step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer and become Executive Co-Chairman of the company, along with his elder son, Lachlan Murdoch. Further, James Murdoch, who is currently the company's Co-Chief Operating Officer, will become the new CEO and Chase Carey, who has served as the company's Chief Operating Officer will serve as an Executive Vice Chairman and advisor until June 30, 2016.
